At Safe Space, our care extends beyond the therapy room. We partner with organizations, schools, and fellow mental health practitioners to deliver high-quality mental health support and knowledge.
Our clinicians conduct Psychological First Aid and Debriefing sessions to prevent communities from developing mental health complications (depression, anxiety) after experiencing natural disasters and events. We do this by listening to each person’s story of survival, strength, and hope, while providing practical strategies to support their wellbeing.
Just as Safe Space supports those seeking help, we are equally devoted to caring for the helpers. Various workshops and seminars have been conducted for numerous organizations, with the specific aim of imparting scientific and evidence-based approaches to improve the mental health of others and oneself.
